Amber Karcich is the National Commercial Program Manager for EGIA’s OPTIMUS Financing, where she partners with residential and commercial contractors to grow their businesses through smarter payment solutions and beyond. Having grown up in a family that works in the trades, Amber has a deep respect for the industry and takes pride in being part of it. She understands the challenges contractors face firsthand, enabling her to pair creative financing strategies with practical business insight that help teams thrive, while also learning from them to provide even stronger guidance. Known for going above and beyond, she’s always ready to lend a hand wherever it’s needed. Before finding her calling in the trades, Amber began her career in finance, working with several institutions including JPMorgan. The experience gave her a strong financial foundation and inspired her to pursue a career where she could create a more direct and lasting impact. Amber lives in San Diego with her husband, their three daughters, and their dogs Zelda, Gwynn, and Frankie. Outside of work, she enjoys camping along the coast or mountains, attending concerts and spending time gardening or working in their yard.
